The Fine Print
Tickets are Non-Refundable–Tickets may be exchanged for another event of the same season of equal value or less (or patron pays the difference), if the tickets are returned 48 hours in advance. If you are unable to attend a performance for which you have purchased tickets, we encourage you to donate these tickets to a social service agency or share them with a friend. You may also return them to the Box Office any time prior to the performance. They may be counted as a tax-deductible donation to Chandler Center for the Arts only if the ticket is resold. Only with the cancellation or postponement of an event will a refund be issued.
Regarding Your Children–Please consider the interest, attention span and potential for disturbing other patrons before attending an event with an infant or small child. Please note that due to fire regulations, every person, regardless of age, is required to have a ticket in order to attend a performance.
Cancellation Policy–If the performer has arrived, the show will go on! There will be no refunds due to bad weather. If you are uncertain about an event because of inclement weather, please call the Chandler office phone, 802-728-6464. A recording will notify you of any cancellations or changes. An announcement will also be posted on our website: www.chandler-arts.org.
No Electronic Devices–Cameras, cell phones and audio or visual recording devices are strictly prohibited from performances.
Latecomers–As a courtesy to those who arrive on time, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management, and only at an appropriate break in the performance.
