REGISTRATION: The required Registration Form and Waiver Form may be downloaded below. Instructions are detailed on the forms.
MISSION: To nurture and develop young singers/musicians in grades 2-6 with a lively, fun program. The children will learn and perform music in a variety of genres, including classical and musical theater. The CCC will add another dimension to the growing vitality and long-term commitment of the Randolph community to the arts, music, and theater.

PERFORMANCES: The CCC will perform with the Randolph Singers in their seasonal concerts and also in Chandler's Mud Season Talent Show. The Singers’ Fall Concert on Sunday, Dec. 8, 2024 at 4 pm will conclude the second 2024 semester of the CCC. Participation in the CCC is the perfect feeder program for the Summer Youth Musical as evidenced by the spring semester students that participated in this year's production of Disney's The Little Mermaid this past July.

TRANSPORTATION: Parents will be required to make arrangements to deliver to and pick up their children from Chandler for rehearsals. For children attending Randolph Elementary, an OSSW elementary teacher will meet kids in the lobby promptly after school and walk them directly to Chandler.

DIRECTORS: The Chorale will be directed by Jennifer Stickney, who has a Masters Degree in Music/Vocal Performance and extensive opera and theater experience in some of the finest theaters in the country. Susan Montgomery-Grout, who has a Bachelors in Piano Performance from Boston University, will serve as co-director and accompanist. Ms. Montgomery-Grout is an accomplished pianist and has extensive experience in accompanying children's chorales, pit orchestras and adult choral groups, including her current role as accompanist for the Randolph Singers.

HISTORY: The CCC originated as the Randolph Singers Children's Chorale, under the direction of Marta Borgstrom. Ms. Borgstrom re-established a tradition of children's chorales trained by directors of the Randolph Singers, including Marjorie Drysdale, and performing with them in concerts. When Ms. Borgstrom taught at Randolph Elementary, her classes often formed choruses which performed with the Singers.
