Randolph and Orange County are aging (23% over 65), but also attracting new families and artists. A strong, active board ensures Chandler reflects all voices.

After a public strategic planning process, Chandler's board is ready to implement priorities determined by our community.

    • Deepen community engagement through volunteers, patrons, and local institutions.

    • Diversify revenue streams to keep Chandler sustainable and accessible.

    • Expand programming beyond Chandler’s walls to reach new audiences.

    • Make Chandler a welcoming, inclusive hub for all demographics.
